Concierge

This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A genuine interest in the health benefits gained from using the therapies and a passion for wellness is a must.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an excellent understanding of all the therapies we have here and understand the science behind them (will be taught on the job).

A friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

• Excellent customer service and Communication skills
  

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role

• Good understanding of basic computer skills and the ability to learn software quickly

• Experience in the healthcare, Wellness or beauty sector will be a plus
  

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)

• Knowledge of clerical procedures and basic administrative tasks

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to computerised systems
