Booking System FAQs:

1. How do I access the new booking system?
You can access the new booking system in two ways:

  • Download our app from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Visit our website and log in through the browser to book treatments directly.

  • Use your email address registered to your Revive account and reset your password to get started. The email with the reset link may enter your junk/spam and the reset link is valid for 2 hours.

2. What can I do with the new booking system?
The new system allows you to:

  • Book treatments quickly and easily.

  • Manage, reschedule, or cancel appointments.

  • View available treatments and check real-time availability.

  • Track your membership credits and usage.

3. Will I receive reminders for my appointments?
Yes! Our system will send you email and SMS notifications to remind you of your upcoming appointments, as well as any changes or cancellations.

4. Can I manage multiple bookings at once?
Absolutely. The new system makes it simple to manage multiple appointments and track your schedule, ensuring you never miss a session.

5. How do I view and use my credits?
Your membership credits will be automatically tracked in your account. You’ll be able to see how many credits you have available and choose which treatments to use them on.

6. Can I book treatments for guests?
Yes! If your membership includes guest passes, you can easily book treatments for your guests through the new system.

1. How does the new credit-based membership system work?
Our memberships have transitioned to a flexible credit-based system. You receive a set amount of credits each month, which you can use for a variety of treatments. For example, Silver Members get 16 credits per month, which can be used for 4 premium treatments and 4 standard treatments. You can choose how to use your credits based on your preferences.

2. What happens if I don’t use all my credits?
If you are on a 12-month membership, your unused credits will roll over to the next month. If you’re on a 3-month membership, unused credits won’t roll over, so we encourage you to take full advantage of your treatments!

3. Have existing memberships changed?
Yes. All existing members have been moved to the equivalent 3-month product with a higher credit amount to reflect their current packages. This ensures you receive even better value while enjoying the same treatments you love.

4. How can I upgrade to a 12-month membership for rollover credits?
You can easily upgrade to a 12-month membership via our new booking system. Just log in, view your membership details, and select the upgrade option to benefit from rollover credits.

5. What are the new membership tiers and their benefits?
We offer a range of flexible membership options:

  • Silver Membership (£149/month): 16 credits per month, including 4 premium and 4 standard treatments.

  • Gold Membership (£299/month): 37 credits per month, including 8 premium and 8 standard treatments, plus a Hyperbaric session and guest pass.

  • Platinum Membership (£399/month): 60 credits per month, including 12 premium and 12 standard treatments, with additional Hyperbaric sessions and a guest pass.

  • Ultimate Unlimited Wellness (£1500/month): Unlimited access to all treatments, with no restrictions.

6. Can I transfer my membership to another person?
We offer a Platinum Sharing Membership, which allows two people to share the credits and benefits, including premium treatments and guest passes.

7. What’s new about the membership benefits?
Along with the flexible credit system, we’ve added perks like the Methylation Test (for Platinum members starting in January 2025) and rollover credits for 12-month memberships. We’ve also enhanced our treatment offerings to provide even more value.
